A Los Angeles környéki magyar közösség ismert és nagyra becsült tagjai, Dr. Pekarovics Zsuzsa, Dr. Béres Attila és fiúk, Béres Ádám létrehozták az Ambassadors of the Future non-profit szervezetet.
A szervezet célja, hogy anyagi támogatást biztosítson a Kárpát-medencéből érkező diákok számára, akik az USA-ban kívánnak tanulmányokat folytatni. A szükséges anyagi feltételek előteremtése érdekében 2019. november 30-án jótékonysági bál kerül megszervezésre a Beverly Wilshire Hotelben.
A harmadik alkalommal megrendezésre kerülő, rendkívül színvonalas rendezvény díszvendége idén, Dr. Szabó László, Magyarország Washington-i Nagykövete lesz.

Dear Supporter,We believe in education. We believe in the future! We are the Ambassadors of the Future and, for the third year, the Ambassadors of the Future 501(c)3 public charity foundation is reaching out to organizations and individuals, such as you, in continuing our support for the international education of intellectually gifted, but financially challenged students.
Established in 2016 by a sixteen-year-old student, Adam Beres, who saw the need for education on a larger scale and vowed to make a difference by creating a foundation to benefit brilliant students in need, the Ambassadors of the Future has raised over $35,000.00 in 2018 alone. Also last year, the Foundation awarded $25,000.00 to USC‘s Dornsife College of the Arts and Letters, encouraging five international students to continue their studies. Additional awards will be presented this year, the detailed list of which will be announced at the Ambassadors of the Future Holiday Gala on November 30, 2019, at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. Since inception, the Ambassadors of the Future has gathered together educators and scientists, business and medical professionals, leaders in government and industry, all committed to help outstanding students study abroad and foster intellectual exchange between the student’s native countries and the United States, and to return to their home countries upon completion of their studies or, perhaps, to further their education, providing leadership in their communities.
Studies have shown that as education is increased, violence and crime are decreased. As Victor Hugo so aptly stated, “He who opens a school door, closes a prison.“ The Ambassadors of the Future is solely for educational endeavors and advancement and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation or gender identity. Just imagine, with your support, what the next three, or ten, or thirty years will bring to the lives of students on the verge of a remarkable future that is possible only with the generous contribution of organizations and individuals such as you! As we launch our fundraising campaign for the 2019 Benefit Gala, providing support for the 2020/21 academic year, please be assured that your donation will make a significant impact on the lives of many young, talented, but financially compromised students, their families, and their communities.
